Microsoft Hosts Successful Diversity Recruiting Event with Trabajamos!

Posted By: Temeka Wilson on February 04, 2022 Thursday, January 27th, Microsoft’s Security Compliance team and Trabajamos partnered together to host a virtual hiring event. The Security Compliance Identity Management team is responsible for securing Microsoft’s digital technology platforms, devices, and clouds. At the virtual event, attendees heard from teammates in the field, including: • Ernesto Lara-Matthews – Principal Engineering Manager • Luis Mendoza – Software Engineer II • Alvin Chardon – Principal Software Engineering Manager • Gabriela Scardine Silva – Software Engineer II • Eleazar Canale – Software Engineer II • Ruben Baca – Software Engineer II With almost 90 attendees at the event, candidates learned that there is a strong employee resource network for the Latinx community.
