NPA Announces 2022-2023 IMPACT Fellowship Program

Posted By: Amy Wilson on July 25, 2022 The National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) has announced the opening of the application process for the NPA IMPACT Fellowship Program class of 2022-2023. All current postdocs are eligible to apply to become an IMPACT Fellow and applications are not limited to individuals at NPA member institutions. IMPACT increases access to opportunities for marginalized early-career research trainees to build skills, understand strengths and develop networks. Through a year-long, interactive fellowship that uses a variety of tools, IMPACT empowers participants to strategically build upon existing skills, recognize opportunities, and advance more confidently in their careers. IMPACT Fellows are expected to use the knowledge, tools and resources they gain from the program to implement activities or initiatives at their institutions to contribute back to their communities.
