Posted By: S. Moore on January 23, 2023 FEATURED Content A Few Words From HBCU CONNECT's CEO: I wanted to update you on a terrific event and collaboration between our organizations for the fantastic event we hosted on Wednesday evening. We had a goal of 30 candidates and ended up with a guest list of over 600 registered. It was a breathtaking sight to witness. The numbers speak for themselves - we ended up with over 600 registered guests, 575 resumes, 485 confirms and an incredible max concurrent of 172 attendees on the call! We were blown away by the enthusiasm of the community. This was significant cooperation for both of our groups, and it's encouraging to see how many individuals it was able to reach. And it's all because of the hard work and passion that went into making this event a reality. I want to thank you all for your dedication and hard work in making this event a huge success! Overall, we had a very successful event and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. We were able to track 125 candidates who applied for jobs on VHB's career site, and received lots of great questions from our attendees. Mike Carragher & Keri Kocur provided an amazing keynote, and we had professional panelists Jimmie, Vivian, Erika and Cedric to answer questions. The folks at VHB did an incredible job putting together the event and making sure all details were taken care of. Lastly, Matt Hogan did a fantastic job helping out with the technical side of hosting the event. To apply for careers with VHB goto: https://hbcuconnect.com/campaigns/3819/jan...
