CultureCon on Campus is taking over the Atlanta University Center (AUC) on Friday, April 12! The inaugural pop-up further amplifies The Creative Collective NYC and its mission of empowering diverse creatives, young professionals and disruptors. CultureCon on Campus is presented by Max. Major partners include Max, Sephora, My Black is Beautiful, Tarte, Coca-Cola, Publicis Groupe, and When We All Vote. CultureCon On Campus is an immersive experience for students, featuring interactive workshops, job fairs, networking opportunities, food trucks and more. Taking place at Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse, Spelman and Morris Brown college are encouraged to attend. CultureCon on Campus will provide valuable resources, recruiting opportunities and unprecedented access to as they navigate creative industries.

"We are thrilled to bring CultureCon on Campus to the heart of Atlanta and partner with Clark Atlanta University to empower the next generation of creatives," said Imani Ellis, CEO and Founder of The Creative Collective NYC and CultureCon. “We are excited to equip students with the community and resources they need as they set out to forge their own!”

In addition to conversations on how to effectively network and create a budget to fit their lifestyles, CultureCon on Campus will also feature previously announced viral sensation Reesa Tessa with a keynote address on storytelling, resilience and navigating the digital landscape. Ressa Tessa recently gained prominence as the mastermind behind the viral "Who TF Did I Marry" TikTok series, captivating audiences with her compelling saga while amassing tens of millions of views on TikTok and establishing her as a pivotal storyteller in the digital realm.

CultureCon On Campus represents a significant milestone in The Creative Collective's charge to cultivate spaces for diverse creatives and young professionals. By partnering with leading brands and industry experts, CultureCon On Campus aims to uplift and support HBCU students as they shape the future of the ever-evolving creative landscape.

Conversations and Activations You Can’t-Miss:

Max is proud to be the presenting partner for CultureCon On Campus. Tapping your favorite HBCU alumni, Max will host a conversation on the Culture Stage focusing on life after the yard and how the HBCU experience transforms your career. In addition, Max will host 1:1 sessions with company representatives about potential job opportunities and career advice as well as a special takeover in the historic Jazzman's cafe. Max’s unwavering support of CultureCon shines a spotlight on creatives of color,supporting thousands of Black and Brown creatives in attendance by providing access to engaging conversations, networking, and creative inspiration.

You can find Sephora at CultureCon On Campus, where we will be dropping some knowledge on what it’s really like to work and partner with us and, of course, handing out fun swag! Plus, meet Sephora’s influencer marketing team and members of the Sephora Squad to learn more about the Sephora Squad program, 2025 applications, and how you can pursue a creator career. Since 2006, My Black is Beautiful has celebrated Black beauty and culture and is proud to partner with CultureCon on Campus to celebrate creatives of color.

Publicis Groupe, the second largest communications group in the world, will make its inaugural debut at CultureCon on Campus with a presence in the job fair. The Publicis Groupe booth will have variety of ways to engage including speaking live to a recruiter about internships and entry-level roles in advertising, communication, technology and media marketing, hearing about the company’s inclusive benefits from a member of the DEI practice, and having a mini Career Coaching session. The career coaching will cover topics such as, resume best practices, Generative AI as a preparation tool, how to create you elevator pitch, LinkedIn best practices, and interviewing tips. Be sure to meet the team at the booth between panels- they can’t wait to meet you!

When We All Vote is a leading national, nonpartisan initiative on a mission to change the culture around voting and to increase participation in each and every election by closing the race and age voting gap. Created by Michelle Obama, in 2018 When We All Vote brings together individuals, institutions, brands, and organizations to register new voters across the country and advance civic education.

COCA-COLA® will serve as an official beverage partner of CultureCon on Campus, inviting students to try out COCA-COLA® & SmartWater products.
