Founded in 1949 as the company’s philanthropic arm, we were created to help strengthen and uplift communities. Since then, Ford and Ford Philanthropy have contributed more than $2.3 billion to support local communities and help build a better world. Today, we continue that legacy by partnering with nonprofits, employee volunteers and Ford dealers to expand access to essential services, education and entrepreneurship. Wherever we can, we use the power of mobility to connect people with the goods and services they need most.
