Throughout the town hall, Dr. Pritchett addressed alumni-submitted questions on key issues, including repairing the university’s public image, strengthening alumni relationships, improving enrollment and retention, modernizing financial aid operations, and aligning academic programs with workforce demands. He shared concrete enrollment goals, outlined efforts to improve operational efficiency and cross-campus collaboration, and discussed strategies for data-driven recruitment, student support, and retention. The conversation also highlighted long-term development initiatives, including conceptual plans for a future athletic complex and football stadium, potential redevelopment of the historic Carver Theatre, and opportunities for expanded philanthropic partnerships.
