Directions
1. Combine papaya pieces, lime juice, lime zest, water, and sugar in a food processor or blender. Blend 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
2. Layer 6 parfait glasses or dessert cups with raspberries, banana slices, and pineapple pieces. Spoon papaya mixture over fruit.
