I've always been in decent shape but I've never really had the muscualr body.Ya know the type of body where the Pecs stick out of a Polo shirt or where the abs are as ripped as washboards.. It's time for a change.. I came across a website called Skinnyguys.net where this black guy was 5'10 136 pounds and 12 weeks later he gained 32 pounds of muscle.. This is his Before and after PHOTO.. Sh8t, it looks like the same guy so I think his plan is credible.. I think I could do it..but in his plan ya gota eat 6 times a day and a whole lot of protein.. Ekow and others what do you all eat when you lift weights?? And is it possible, to gain 32 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks??

1 pound of muscle=452grams of protein so for you to gain 32 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks, you would need to have eaten 14464 grams of protein, about 173 grams a day...688 protein calories per day! that's a few steaks eggs and chicken ****!(in addition to what you normally eat, so you wouldn't b burnin off this food instead of buildin ya muscles wit it) Not only that, but u would have NEEDED to USE that many protein calories to build your muscles up, meaning lifting weights for SEVERAL hours EVERY OTHER DAY, because u build muscle by damaging it. So if the next 3 months of your life are free, yeah u can gain 32 pounds of muscle..but its gon hurt like a muphucka. oh, 7 that photo is fake...i do stuff like that in photoshop all the time, they just shaved a few mm off of dude's neck to make him look scrawny

I ran across that site before, I think it was from a link on askmen.com. Did you buy the plan? I was thinking about it but wanted to make sure it wasn't BS first. Holla!

for me i really didnt watch what i ate too much, just followed some lil plan thing, did a pushup routine, abs routine, but ive stopped and it seems i have deflated  its funny because im going for a more slim look now, but yea it is possible to get really big quick, if i took a picture of how i looked now, and then did my 500 pushup routine you would see me like triple in size, its pretty crazy, butg uhh i guess im a bad source of info b/c i dont relaly know what i'm talking about lol time to end this post
