Loon Charged With Attempted Murder

Rapper Chauncey "Loon" Hawkins was arrested and charged with attempted murder, after **** broke out at a party for Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz new adult DVD series.
An incident took place in front of the House of Blues shortly after 12:30 am this morning, involving Hawkins and two other men attempting to enter the night club.
"There was an altercation that took place involving three individuals and a security guard," Sgt. Bruce Thomas of the Los Angeles Sheriff Department told AllHipHop.com. "There was a large crowd outside and a group of men attempted rush through the doors of the club. A security guard was **** in the torso with an unknown object."
The unidentified security guard was hospitalized with non-life-threatening wounds and identified the three men as the suspects.
Hawkins, William Reyes and Teon Tanqueray were all charged with attempted murder and bail was set at $1 million dollars.
