i've always heard of dat rivalry or w/e is goin on but which one would you reccomend b/c i am considering both so from a REAL perspective not a rivalry-based perspective can somebody please tell me??

what's your intended major if you know it already?
and what do you prefer? Howard's location or Hampton's location
don't mind me when i say this but are you immature and think you're GROWN and wouldn't like the dress code and blah blah etc etc
its really want YOU want and where YOU want to be as far as location

:roll: Here we go with the dress code thing again. Lol. But yea, it truly is based on what you are looking for. So I think you should make a list of the Pros and Cons of each school and choose whichever one fits you best. Also, make sure you visit each campus and ask lots of questions to those in charge. Such as people in the financial aid office, students, as well as the Dean from your particular area of study.
