are you transferring as a 2nd semester freshman? If so you will be prolly b in Beckwith Hall. It's a co-ed dorm. 24 hr visitation. I think you can have a mini-fridge. The style of the room is like this: you open the door and you will see a door in front of you and one on eaither side of you. The door in front of you is the bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower (nothing spectacular) & all 4 of you share it....your room is a nice size. It contains 2beds, a dresser, two desks n chairs, a sink, a wardrobe, and for some reason tha one i stayed in for orientation had a full sized dresser (like what you might have at home). Downstairs there is a nice sized lounge and a kitchen. That's about it.
Usefull info....save everything! CAU is really good at loosing shyt.

Well, I've had the opportunity to attend two of the 6 AUC schools. There is always some kind of social event going on at one or more of the schools, so you'll never be bored. You should enjoy your overall experience but I cannot guarantee that.
Thats all I can tell you for now
P.s. don't believe what the upperclassmen tells you about the other schools.

Pheiffer is the best hall. Only one with a new computer lab (or a computer lab at all) and it's the closest to your classes which is very convieniant. Merner is the worst hall.
Being in the AUC is nice because you get small class sizes but get the privilage of a large campus feel. There are many events you can go to, but honestly i rarely hear about anything that goes on over at Spelman.
