I wanted to, but my mom kinda pulled it at the last minute. People will tell you that you'll miss out on the valuable "Marta" experience and you'll feel better after you look back on life w/o a car, but dont believe it. Driving is the only thing that I missed from home. A car isn't neccessary, but it's wayyyyyy more convienent. And depending on what school you go to they'll let you park.

If Spelman would let me have a car  , it would be a lot more convenient...and I don't really like riding MARTA.

if u can bring ur car and get around the rule, then do it. But be careful where u park, because i know that one day i was walking to class from my apartment and every single car except about 3 had a ticket, and im not even exaggerating. And they kept on giving tickets like that for the rest of the week.(on the street between spelman and clark).

What does MARTA stand for? And how much is the fare, cause Philly public transportation (SEPTA) now cost $2.00 but soon to be $3.00
