CAU EMAIL SET UP HELP!!!!!!!!!

OK now.... This site that they gave me doesn't work!!! http://bannerweb.cau.edu:8820 how do i set up my email account????? They said i should check it like my yahoo mail, so... i'm a lil frustrated! HELP!!!!!
