I was juss awarded the excelsior scholarship at BCC! It covers the cost of full time tuition not covered by federal and/or state financial aid and non-institutional scholarships.
There's always a BUT, and here's mine.........
If I accept this scholarship, I can't get any money from the band, and I have been working so fuggin hard to get every penny they have to offer me from da band! I have to accept this scholarship by April 21st!
Also, I am sooo fuggin determined to go to FAMU dat it's not even funny! This scholarship is a VERY GOOD thing, but it's givin me more of a reason to go to the "dark side" (BCC). I really dont kno wut to do. Do y'all have ANY advice for me?

& just go wherever your heart takes you....go where you feel you will really be happy...and won't have any regrets (or at least any major regrets)...about your decision...in the long run....
