Who's still waiting on a acceptance letter from Howard????

April 1st has come and gone and still no reply???? Is this normal??? All my other schools have already sent me letters and even a financial aid packet! My cousin who attends Howard said that she got her letter in early may/late april!!! :o I just wanted to see who was in the same boat as me because i feel kind of lost/fustrated.

Actually it all depends on when you actually sent in your application. I suggest you call the adminssions office and see the status of your app.

yeah i feel you... i applied back in january and i still havent received an acceptance letter yet... but i did call HU and found out that i did get in... but still no acceptance letter yet... i hear that they're pretty SLOW on paper work though... 8)

I called howard acouple days ago, and they said they havent recieved my transcripts or SAT, and my guidance department sent them like 3 times. THEY KEEP LOSING MY SHYT!!!!, ima be jive mad if i dont get in.

Don't sweat it yall I just got mine last week and I got in!! So if I got in theres hope for everyone! lol :grin: just hold on I know yall acceptance letters will arrive soon 8)

I swear HU is mad ghetto. I called them up like three times asking about the status of my application and I kept getting the same dumb answer "We got a lot of applications this year and I can't look through the mail just for your SATS...call back next week." So I got my college advisor to call and they were nice to her asked her my SAT scores and eventually said I got in....I was hyped and relieved 'cause that was my #1 and I was waiting too long to see if I got in. That happened two weeks ago and I still didn't get a letter in the mail..... BUT im up in that open house on April 22nd

Just be patient. And Howard isn't ghetto! If it was I wouldn't be goin' there. They're just a little slow... Congrats to all who got in! We all fam hea, HU c/o '09 rulez! lol

lol, that school is ghetto.....some of the stuff I be hearing from the current students, I just be like DAMN! But I still am gonna go there cause I like the other stuff about the school....but yeah class of '09 better be off the hook....
