VSU vs. NSU

I'm a high school student and I'm trying to figure out which school I will attend. Anyone with any tips, please post. Also, anyone who goes to VSU please reply and let me now what there is to do in PETERSBURG?

Ok, the only thing in Petersburg to do is either go to the mall/movie theaters or go to one of the restaurants here......that's pretty much it, unfortunately....oh then there's the parties at the Civic...it's off campus But that's basically it..... :-s

I can't really give you any information because there is no specific question posed. All I can really say is evaluate your goals in life, and figure out what it is you want your major to be. Look into the major and the school that it is under at each institution. Visit each school if you can, and talk to the students on each campus.

VSU is pretty much in the middle of ....no where lol. Richmond is close but still I wouldn't be able to deal with it. If I had to choose I would go to NSU, they have alot more oppourtunities for students academically, I know VSU is without some important majors such as Health sceinces(nursing) which I think is RIDICULOUS. Also NSU is in a city, it may be a tad bit ghetto but atleast you see aren't in a rural are.

Calm down I wasn't talking about NSU I was talking about Norfolk(and you know norfolk is ghetto). I'm not the type to go around and call everything ghetto, but NSU has it's moments, But if you were to compare NSU to Hampton then some people will see NSU as being a tad ghetto and I would probably have to agree. .....But then again NSU has a better administration.

Well I send my ApPRECIATION to all of you who gave me help. After visiting each school, I decided on VSU. Virginia State is closer, cleaner and is giving me more scholarship money. Thanks again for your help. :-D
