This is not a great first impression but i'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Go do some research then come back and ask questions.
ignorance is a bliss...but everyone has to start somewhere. Please take my soror's advice and do some research b4 u start asking such questions.
Oh and go through and read some of the other forums that other people posted and you will get an idea about proper protocol.

Hunny pie, the information that you're looking for can be found by using just about any search engine available on the net. Simply go there and enter the sorority name of your choice. If you're interested in one of the Divine 9, which i'm assuming u are...then there are 4 that u might want to get information for...

Delta Sigma Theta
Zeta Phi Beta
Sigma Gamma Rho
Go to these sites check out their principles and programs. Try to go beyond the sites & look up a lil extra history. Get the book Black Greek 101 (even tho some info in there is a lil shaky). Check out the members on your campus and what they are doing in the community, what their personalities are like, and if u can see yourself clicking with them. Hun, the info that u need cannot be found on this site.

I'm in the same shoes as you KrystleReppin, I have no idea what a sorority is, what it's for or what they do. But I'm going to join one anyway and hopefully I'll find out then. The reason why the people that posted above me didn't tell you anything is because all sororties have some type of thing where they have to keep it secret, but that's just what I've been hearing, I have no idea if it's true.
