why Howard as a school is run by retards

please tell your reasons why you believe Howard, though it has its good points, could possibly be run by a gang of monkeys from the smithsonian zoo from time to time 1--deciding to ALMOST build a new MALE freshman dorm near the metro when some peeps in drew are living in singles and half of the girls in the quad are living in triples without air conditioning :???: 2--i know we called the housing process a "lottery", but it REALLY didnt have to be a literal lottery with the lil multicolored tickets...leave it to black people to make a simple process a gambling opportunity 3--deciding to have school during easter and a major snow storm yet closing school during a few flurries 4--deciding to have voting, class registration, and housing selection on the same week, knowing our server is well......"sensitive" other reasons, please add on

The telephone operators not picking up the phone when u call for 2 hours STRAIGHT :x . Then when you get tired of calling the phone operator just to get no response and u drive up to the offices and the ladies ain't nowhere to be seen... :x Howard = worst phone operators on EARTH

--The names of the buildings are hard as hell to see. Visitors never know where Blackburn is! Does anyone know where the Howard Mackey building is? The physics building just says, "Thirkield." The iLab is off in the cut, where no one would find it except experienced students.
