What about da Transfers?

I'm transfering to a HBCU and i want to know what the transfers should expect. Is is it easy for the transfers to fit in like the freshemen?

I go to Spelman and I know a girl who transfered here. She had to attend New Student Orientation with the freshman so she made friends with us. The only problem she said she had was because she initially didn't live on campus she said she felt disconnected from what was going on.

I think that it is easier for transfers to fit it than a freshman. For one you do not have to take as many classes and you have some credits under your belt. I transfered to NSU and I was able to fit in with my class. Some pointers are to make sure all of your credits get transfered in to the school that your are going to and make sure that your credits are not overlooked by the unverisity.[/code]
