Do you think we should get reperations as a black society and if we were given the chance what would you do ?For example If you were given the option for a reparation of slavery, and the reparation was a trip back to Africa, would you take it? or would you stay in America?
I can't get reperations cus my parents aren't American but if I could I would problaby go back to Africa with lots of money and college education! :-D

I wouldn't want to go and live in Africa because my home is here. Hell, i don't even want to move to another state. But I would wanna visit. I rather them give us money.
They strip us off our culture and heritage, we should be getting something.

I'd have to have a good piece of money tho.
In some of the places over there US dollars are like 10 times as much as money over there so I could be a millionaire for real if I get a good **** job.

well i would say that even if this were to occur, it probably would not be a sufficient amount to do much with. Considering the fact that there may be alot of ppl to pay. How would the reperations be validated anyway?

i feel we should at least get an apology. japanese american families were given apologies and money for what happened during world war 2 with the internment camps and everything. not to invalidate their experiences but not knowing where i came from plus all the other drama slavery brought seems a tad bit worse. i would go to africa. i been thinking about joining the peace corps to go.
surprise! i'm a conservative who believs in reperations...
the US govt gave reps to some displaced **** who encountered racism during WW2...the us govt & eurpean govts gave reps to the jews (i love jews)...7 million ****...
at least 25 million blacks died crossing the sea from africa to america...at least 5,000 blacks were lynched here in america....and that's only the one's that were recorded in history...
not to mention we had the system set up against us up untilt he 60s so we couldn't better ourselves...
the govt is partaillly repsoncible for the condition that our race is in today...and that includes all the socialism and welfare...
if i ran things, ALL BLACKS would get a partial scholarship to the college that they get accepted into...get rid of affirmative action in schoolsc ect ect...just give us like a 25% scholarship...just for being balck and for the HELL that they put our ancestor's through...
and f3ck whites who tell us to just get over it...THE BULLCRAP THAT WENT DOWN IS PARTIALLY REPSONCIBLE FOR THE WAY THINGS ARE TODAY...i say that as a person who studies politics and history when i'm not busy taking one up tha **** for sam walton...we weren't there, but we are dayum sure feeling the effects...and not one word of appology from our govt...
did i mention i got a 4 on my AP us history exam? i know my history :???:
stop throwing away money on socialist programs and inner citty school improvemnet BS that isn't sucessful, and start passing out scholarship money...because you do OWE IT TO US, ho....>>>

I know we're all conditioned by the racist white media to think of our homeland as nothing but an **** infested desert
but that's only a small part of Africa
Africa is really amazing but the white media wont report that or show it
of course I'd take the trip
but I would to see reparations in terms of free college education for ALL African-Americans
