Well the parentals split up the responsibility of naming me--my mom got my first name;daddy middle name; and somehow they agreed that I'd have my fathers last name. Kourtney-my mom had a male friend w/ this name and decided she liked it so she gave it to me. Changed the spelling to be Kourtney w/ a 'K' b/c she knew my middle name would start w/ a 'C' and didn't want anyone calling me CC(looong story there) Chinyere-Nigerian name meaning God's Gift. If I remember correctly, it's like the female version of my dad's midle name. And there ya have it!! 8-)

I got my name Kimberley from a news reporter who my mom thought was pretty and intelligent. I actually got to meet her and spent one summer with her and we were like sisters! :-D

I was mainly named after King David in the Bible but also in honor of my dad's brother who had passed away whose name was David also.
