Yo HBCU...fess up...When was the last time you had to give something up cold turkey? What was it and how did it work out for you? For those of you that don't know what cold turkey is, it's when you give up something you're hooked on straight up, with no help. So...get it goin.

I tried to give up eating once, but it didn't work.
I'm not really that hooked on anything though.
