i think the only reason they classify it as such was cuz of the basketball win back in the 60's. also, there are hbcu's that dont have a majority of blacks in attendence. finally, my roommate is from Killeen. Ya'll should holla at each other.

it is not an HBCU if at one point it had to be desegregated. nothing in the school's history shows that the school was ever made for black people.
