Diario is reporting that they learned through various reliable sources that the Natalee Holloway case is (almost) solved. Diario reported today that around midnight the police closed of the pond that was being drained in the vicinity of Aruba Racquet Club. Immediately after that the local police and FBI went to the site with special equipment to conduct a thorough investigation. It is believed that the remains of Natalee Holloway have been found in the pond. Diario has approached the local authorities to get a statement from them regarding the finding of the body. The police officers got nervous and wouldn’t go into details.
Damn man. This is one sick, sad world.

Finally. Tired of that poor white girl on T.V. If she couldn't be found in 12 hours, she was ****. I call for media reform!

I feel bad for her family...but I also hope this changes senior class trips. I understand taking a little vacation to celebrate graduating but 124 18 year olds in Aruba? They were just asking for something to happen....

I'm from Al, so this is always the first topic on all the new station channels. After they didn't find her the first 24 hrs, I thought the worst, but I guess you can't blame her family for trying to stay hopeful and positive. And it was worse because she was in a diff country. Truly sad. Now the family can gain some sort of closure.

Yeah. Everyday, the station I worked at had some new info about the happenings everyday. BUT, come to find out, this info was false. I'll post the link in a lil' bit....

at my school the senior trip was always a trip to Disney world and then a cruise to the Bahamas but after 9/11 we couldn't go out of the country i guess a lot of schools will rethink trips like that.

Like most have already said, I figured the worst had happened after those first 24 hrs. I feel for her family. I blame those chaperons. Why the hell were underage girls at a bar anyway? And where the hell were her friends? They didnt notice she was missing? I'm sorry, but I would have kept a close eye on my buddies. This all makes me so mad. :x

The year before I entered my high school, the seniors went to the Grand Canyon and this white guy decided to commit **** by jumping off the cliff. The whole district was banned from going on senior trips out of state for a while.
