Please keep the family of Miguel Respress in prayer...He was only 18 years old and on Thursday after playing ball....he said he didnt feel good and he collapsed and died ten minutes later....Everyone isnt taking it so well...He had a twin and about 4 or 5 other brothers...including Dhamone Brown who plays for the wizards. Miguel played on out school basketball team and helped make our school (niagara Falls High School) #3 in the nation. We took it all the way....Please keep the family in prayer
Especially because he died in California while in a tournament and they have to fly him back to New York....they still dont know when the funeral is so its making things a lil harder.....Please just keep our city in your prayers...Thank you.

Did you know him personally, or just went to school with him?

I knew him personally. I've knew him for 4 years....He lives right down the street from my grandmother so I would always see him even when we werent in school....Its just not easy to loose a friend...Especially someone as humble as he was...

One of my good friends, Pedro Alcazar died from in-ring activities. The scary thing was that after the fight, we walked around the MGM Grand, went to a bar and went back to his hotel room; where he died while we we're watching ESPN Classics.
