Are there any banks open to withdraw money to buy groceries with?? Does it matter if people are taking things from beyond destroyed stores??

Go the the lanes and wait to be checked out? I'm sure its not just black people there taking stuff man... I'm so sad. My boyfriend still hasnt heard from his people from New Orleans and he got a called yesterday from his brother and he told him that he couldnt leave so yall please pray for them cause i really hope they are okay
i have no problem with people **** if they are getting necessities(sp?) but when i saw the **** on MSNBC talkin bout, im bout to get me some shoes, with a bag full of nikes in her hand, thats where i draw the line...lock her **** up sheriff.
