The story is below if you want to read. In a nut shell he's perpin' and a thief. (I assume the Delta in the pic is who he robbed, it says in the message she had pictures)
This is Clarence L. Garrett, Jr., Spring '94 initiate of the Nu
Omicron Chapter, current member of the Greensboro Alumni Chapter and
Chapter Advisor for the Nu Theta Chapter. I'm sending this email to
say that there is "An Alarm At The Gate!"
On this past week, while attending a function of the Nu Omicron
Chapter, we encountered an individual who is an IMPOSTER, claiming
to be a Kappa. The information on the perpetrator is as follows:
His name is "Kenneth Leon Foster, Jr." and he's from Raleigh, NC.
He also tells people that his name is "Gianluca Digicuomo". I
looked his name up via the North Carolina Department of Corrections
and came up with an Extensive criminal background including several
felony and misdemeanor charges (which I'll copy below).
Again, the history behind the situation is that this same guy showed
his face two years ago at UNC-Pembroke's Homecoming Stepshow,
claiming that he was from Theta Omicron...but little did he know
there were brothers From T.O. at our homecoming, and before we could
get him inside the apartment, he took off.
So, he resurfaces at Pembroke again this year, because he had been
messing with one of the Delta's on the yard. Two weeks ago he came
to an on-campus event, and was spotted by Brother Jamal Rolle (N.O.
- Fall '01) and immediately left the premises. Well, this past week
(the week of August 21st - 27th) he stole the Delta's car (a White
Honda Civic), ripped the tags off the front end of it, and drove
from Pembroke to Appalachian State University, and stayed gone for
the entire week, where as the pictures will show, he interacted with
I presume the Brothers from Mu Upsilon, as well as other greeks up
there.
While he was there, it was reported that he stole several items from
one or more of the Delta's from App State, including a DVD player,
DVD's, and a Samsung digital camera (which was recovered in Pembroke
and the pictures retreived from it). He has a History of stealing
things, so I would recommend that everyone check their personal
possessions if he's been in your space.
Upon his return to Pembroke, the girl reported him to the local
authorities (she had already taken out a warrent on him for stealing
her car) and when we arrived at her apartment, I told her to call
the police and have them come to get him before we went inside (so
we could keep him there until they arrived.) So on Friday, August
26th, Kenneth Leon Foster, Jr. was arrested and placed in the
Robeson County jail for Unlawful Possession of a Motor Vehicle
(Since he did eventually return the car), and he'll also be facing
further charges of stealing credit cards from a few other students
at UNCP.
Again, if anyone has come in contact with this person, Be Aware that
he IS NOT A MEMBER OF KAPPA ALPHA PSI, regardless of the "jailhouse
tattoo" he may have (see the pictures). He has not only claimed to
be a Member of Theta Omicron, but also Nu Omicron, Beta Omega and
who knows where else. He says he's from the Maryland, DC area, but
his sister informed the Delta that he stole the car from that he is
really from Raleigh, NC. I am also told that he hangs out online on
Blackplanet as "KontagusKappa", AIM as "KloudNineNupe", and Yahoo as
"DCmedikalnupe".
In conclusion, I am attaching some of the pictures that was taken on
the camera that he stole from the Delta from App State. If you are
IN any of these pictures, please be aware that this guy is NOT A
MEMBER OF KAPPA ALPHA PSI. If you have anymore information, I can
