A friend of mine just got married or whatever, ya dig? He was telling me and a few other folks how he and his wifey met and how he didn't realize she was 'the one' until after a while of dating and what not...and it got me wondering: Do you think you've already met 'the one'? Does anyone you currently date (or not-quite-date) "fit the description of the suspect" so to speak? Do you even WANT to get married one day? Let's discuss. Grown conversation only please. Let's leave that bickering at the door.

Yes, i have met "the one". We've actually been friends for a really long time. No date has been set, though.

Not ready for all that. I think I will get married one day .. a very very long time from now. But as of now, the thought still kinda freaks me out.

It used to freak me out too. Back when I was like, 16-19. I always hung out with older people, and most of the folks I used to hang with are getting married and having kids. It doesn't really 'freak' me out these days, though. It's more of a 'I wonder if i'll know when it's time' type thing.

with me being hurt so much i thank i found the one but im not sure because although i love my boyfriend my gaurd is not completely down for fear of getting hurt and having my heart broken...ion know...i want to get married one day but im only 19 so i have a lot of years to think of that :?

lol i agree u know my parents got married at my age and they are still together and im like wow u didnt have time to u know go out there and test ur options but when ur in love it dont matter

I have not met "the one". Shoot I can't even find a decent boyfriend. I just want to the the right boyfriend and then marriage comes later. I want to get married and young. Like before 30. But I'm not rushing it or expecting it because when you do you never find. Heck I've never even been in love yet. :???:

The thing that trips me out are the one's who want a relationship so bad, but are the main one's messing up the few they get in...or just isn't ready....or is overlooking the one who actually gives a damn about them....or (insert here).
