Xavier University for upcoming Physicians?

I really want to be a pediatrician and I have heard, through the grape vine, that Xavier is an excellent college to prepare me for medical school. If you have advice PLEASE drop me a line. Thanx...

In addition to the schools mentioned in the above link, research these: Tuskegee, Fisk, Hampton, and Florida A&M.

Thank you soooo much. I'm still kind of uncertain of where I want to go... I really want to go to Spelman, but if Xavier is better for upcoming physicians then I need to go there.

hmmm how well is xavier connected with making black students doctors?
let's just say every state i've gone to, no matter who i've spoken with, when i told them i went to Xavier, automatically they asked " So, you're biology pre-med ?"
