first i put on my retainter, and then i eat a granola bar; ensuring that the little oat bits get caught in all the good places in my mouth. then i stand up. on top of my bed. i look outside of the window (because i keep it open all the time). and i shout. i shout like there is no limit to the volume in my voice.
