I'm straight with it, for the most part. And for the fact of it being a party school, it's all about what you let yourself be involved in.

Norfolk State has really prospered over the last few years! The academics are getting a better reputation and more alumni are contributing to the school.
As far as a party school goes, it's up to you what to make of your college experience. If you want to party all night long, then that can happen at NSU, Benedict, Cheyney or wherever. It's up to you. Just keep your priorities straight.
^^^Or at least that's what my parents say....I'm only a senior in high school, but I hope I helped a little bit! Much love

OMFG NSU is soooooooo not a party school. Most people say that because of the sweatbox mess, but they don't have them like that. Now I will say that yea All City may have parties frequently on Saturday, but most if not all of those are in Hampton. As for academics, it depends on what program you are trying to be in. I say still apply, but keep your options open also. Don't base your opinion on the opinion of someone who isn't even at the school.
