Bottom line... before you are an aspirant/greek/whatever you need to be a person who cherishes integrity first. Personally, I think if you made an obligation to your friend way before the person in ABC asked then you need to honor it especially since they have helped you in the past. This just means that you have to get on your grind that much more with person in ABC. You shouldn't have to diss your friend to become greek. It's not about that.

Damn yo. I need to transfer to FAMU :lol: Lets see what I would do. Does your popular but non-Greek friend know that you're interested in ABC? If she does, maybe she'll understand why it's imperative for you to help ABC with her campaign. Oh yeah, and tell your other friend that maybe she should be supporting XYZ and she needs to utilize more common sense in the future. I always say Do What You've Got to Do to Get It Done. People break promises all the time, and while it **** that you can't help your friend a) if she's a true friend she'll understand and b) if you stop talking to her the day after the election, it'll kinda be a waste. Point blank: Prioritize. Sacrifice. Do What You've Got to Do to Get It Done.

I really don't know WHO knows, I am figuring that NOT many upperclassmen can tell Because I am the type that talks to and hangs with EVERYONE. But a lot of freshman have assumed because my mentor happens to be greek, so when they see me with her they assume that her org is the one I want 2 be in.

And I guess this question would be hard to answer since you guys except for "Pwr2AllPeople" :lol: (B U R FUNNY!) don't go to FAMU so u don't understand how TOUCHY this subject is. But I appreciate ALL of your comments and replys, they have really helped me and made me think! :grin:
