Duke Lacrosse Players accused of ****!

THis issue really **** me off! I went their this weekend for a Black Student Association weekend and the team walks around like nothing happened!!! Not only is their one black guy on the team but they entire team does not want to fess up to the crime. ALL of the team members but one has had the DNA testing and the culprit will get jail soon I hope. This makes me sick how they would do this to 2 students trying to get by and they go and sodomize a woman, not to mention a black women (majority of the team is white). This needs to stop.

we talked about this in my afro amer history class the other day... my teacher said that they had only just started to collect DNA samples. the girls were from central and we were discussing if it had been the other way around. now you know if some central dudes had supposedly **** some duke girls they would ALL be sitting in jail this moment. and people think racism doesn't exist anymore... :sad:

They have photos of her at the party, clearly stripping, but nothing suggesting abuse. This is going to be a tough case to prove, whether or not it's true or just a lie. The FIRST person to be brought on the stand is going to be that black teamate, and they are going to set out and prove that they "love black people, look at TBG (token black guy), they treat him well and he has never complained about anything remotely bigot!" In my opinion this case is open and shut without DNA evidence.

The State Office only ran one type of DNA case. The results of the other tests should be back soon. Remember the D.A. did NOT wish to release the results of the tests, the defense attorneys did. It's to their benefit to poison the potential juror pool, just like the D.A. was doing earlier in this ordeal. Plus remember, DNA is generally used to prove INNOCENCE, not guilt. I don't believe that the D.A. has played all of his cards. We still don't know the specifics of the **** kit testing (**** in her system, etc). All we can do is wait. BUT; Durham as a city is not happy right now. I can forsee some vigilantism if the players get off (notice I said, get off instead of found innocent).

The other stripper has claimed that the girl seemed fine when she arrived. But all of a sudden she's falling, stupid **** in a 60 minute span? The security guard said the lady looked intoxicated, but did not smell any alcohol. Sounds like she was drugged.

This case gets weirder by the second: 1) One of the defendants was supposedly not at the party at that time. The cab driver is providing an alibi. 2) The two players have scratches all over their backs. 3) The photos still don't account for some time. Hopefully justice will be done.
