It's A Man!

I been tryin to post for a minute. Life is REAL busy. I got inspired by ODD's post about his baby girl so, I decided to let you know about my baby boy...... HE CROSSED! I am so proud of him. The growth, maturity and him gettin his "grown-man-on" is excellent. In honor of him and his brothers, my new sons, I changed my posting handle to College Mom'06. Yup, he is an Alpha and between him and my hubby, an Alpha man too, it's all good. Hubby is responsible for all the 100 year celebration stuff, parties, fundraising, etc. out here in Northern California and son is doing his thing away at college. I LOVE all of my "new" sons. I send them way too much of their favorite things. It is GREAT being the mom of a Greek. I have finally stopped braggin' to all the other college mom's...naw, I ain't gonna lie. I am all up in dey grill...on the regular tellin' them about my son and his brothers. I came to this site way back when son was just starting college. Thanks to all of you who suffered my ignorance, laughed at my jokes and defended my presence here. Be well and Happy Easter "my" cyber-Greek kids.

Congrats to your son, College Mom, and um. . . could you please remove the 06 from your screen name. I don't even like it when class of 2006 does it, and since we know that you're referencing his fraternity membership, you shouldn't belittle one of our monikers. It might seem like I'm being ****, but out of respect to our fraternity, please leave the 06 out. In the case of another organization, I seriously doubt you would change your name to College Mom -OO-OOP, or College Mom-Skee Wee, or even College Mom-Roo. Please respect our foundation and traditions. Thanks again.

Couldn't it be possible that the 06 is for 2006 instead of 1906?? Now if the year was 2005 and she had an 06 by her name, that may be a little different.....just something to think about.
