average salary coming out of college

Still depends on how you hustle... I know two people with the same job at two different banks (Networking Systems). One is at Bank of America, the other is at Wachovia. The one at Bank of America TALKS a good game (he actually got me a well paying job there and I have yet to finish my degree). While on paper he's got all the experience in the world, I could still rival him in any conversation about computers and networking. But he's making in excess of $60000 a year. The one at Wachovia is only making about $35000 a year. The three of us have about the same experience. The two of them have degrees in Computer Science. I still have to finish my Industrial and Systems Engineering degree.
