I just wanted to start a post to kick off the 2007 season titled "Who are you thankful for?" The only catch -- you can not name any blood relatives! I know we'd probably have a whole lot of moms, pops, bros, and sis up in here. So let's just cut all that out from the start. I am thankful for my good friend Will Moss. He is good peoples and would invite anyone to get to know him. He is truly a good friend to me. So I say thank you! I would also like to thank my good friend Usimare. He looks after me and helps me wheel and deal to get my bearings straight. I truly appreciate all that he has done for me and wanted to give him a shout out! OK so now it's your turn. Give thanks to the people you know deserve it!

Wow! Good question. I gotta say, Eunice. I don't know anybody more soft-hearted, dependable and longsuffering and "real" and consistant and ride or die type chic than her. Period, in the universe. Um, I appreciate Will, he's alot like her I think so I recognize alot of the same qualities with the two. All the people I work with, all of the people that help see about my kids, help see about my great aunt, oh yea, a couple of really cool classmates. I appreciate nice people, cause they brighten my day. Mean people cause they keep me focused. People who help things go smoothly, cause they make it easier for me. People who make things rough, cause they make me patient. I appreciate Reggie for making me think about even being thankful. I may need a few pages for this... Oh yea, Reg I got a very, very handsome photo of you on the cruise that I keep forgetting to send. I am going to post it right now. No joke, you're looking good Brother! Check out the photo post. Ima do it before I forget

Hater.... Don't be hating on the thankful thread. Reggie's got plenty of women, he don't need me hitting on him. If he's got it, he's just got it. He will probaly give out Holla tips for a discount to HBCUconnect staffers, since he's nice.

I'm thankful for the ones who continue to help me make it through grad school. It's been a really tough road for me, but if it hadn't been for my friends and for the people who gave me jobs/assistantships in my program, I probably would've left a long time ago.

Ya'll silly! I get my women the old fashioned way ... ... groveling and begging. Lickin boots, cowering and crawling ... with a few "yes, honeys" in between. Ha ha ha haaaaaa!
