today my sister and I went to go get matchin Capricorn tattoos and the we were over her friends Johnelle house and she was braiding this guyz hair n all and all of a sudden he told her even though you pretty I would never date a "darksin female thats just my preference" she looked confused and then he told my sister he would fucc the ****outta of her "I loove them RED BONEZ" and his friend who was over there wit him agreed dapping him up and shyt. my sister although she light skinned wasnt going along with them she said Nellie's pretty though and the guy Tashawn was like "she too dark for me where I come from in New orleans the best of the best be them Red Bonez Shawty u digg" Then I was like thats messed up Im not darskin either but I feel that was messed up
Cuz I know maaad fellas that date all types of black females I personally neva been through no guy tellin me cuz im not dark or light enuff blah thats crazy to me
darkskin, brownskin, cinnamon, caramel, whatever it shouldnt matter to you if u feelin her
But does it matter really? Im just curious do a lot of guyz feel this way?

Unfortunately you do have ignant **** **** that feel that way. Guys ar egonna have preferences, but when that preference becomes straight rule is when you have a problem. Personally, I've seen all the colors of th erainbow at Hampton, and they all got it going on.

Okay, thats stupid. Where I come from, plenty of guys have said "It really doesn't matter, cause they all the same colors when the lights go out."

I've heard a lot of stuff like that because of my complextion but i mean hey a preference is a prefrence, black women have gone through so much to have to worry about what some ignorant **** has to say about someones complextion.
Things i've heard for being a darker skin sista.
"You're pretty for a dark girl"
"Your hair texture doesn't match your skin color"
"I don't usually talk to darkskin girls but i think you have a wonderful smile"
"I just love your complextion" (yea, thanks i love it to)
I feel as though they ment to give me a compliment but it came out backwards. So Stick your nose up girl because we're all black sistas and some men can't see how powerful we all are as a whole.. I knock not the Lighter skin sisters, i used to see it as a downfall like the whole your darkskin and thats taboo but i mean who cares..
so to answer your question...
No, it doesn't matter, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
edit: yay for being born in Dec- Jan & i know i am not a dude but i felt like i had to get my two cents in
