Is it true AKAs can no longer have probates?

Hello I was just wondering if it was true that AKA's can no longer have probate shows. I went to visit a cousin at her school last week and their AKAs happened to be coming out that weekend. They had a very small coming out show and their outfits consisted of jeans and pink & green shirts with their letters on it. Someone told me it was because they could only have small coming out shows because the national office had banned probates because they felt it was a form of hazing. I was just wondering if this was true or not because I hadn't heard that until now. (Just a question, no disrespect intended to the organization or any of it's members.)

It's really not a secret. It's a simple question, if you don't know the answer or don't want to answer then don't and go about your business.

It's not really a secret... but if it's not known to you... it kinda is kept secret from you...

So anything that you don't know is automatically a secret simply because you don't know it? That is a very strange definition to say the least and regardless isn't one that's applicable in this case. As far as the post you quoted, you really shouldn't make assumptions.

wow Amini, I hope these aren't AKA's responding because they sound really rude and ignorant. The AkA's I know represent "service to all mankind" and sets an example for other women. You are right, if they didn't want to answer your question, they should have not answered at all.

I didn't post a quote silly. It's called a signature. It's been there forever and it's not thinking about you or your questions.

The answer is indeed at the site I posted. Maybe you should go back and read between the lines. But I doubt you are able to do that, seeing as though you are too inept to find out the answer to something thats "really not a secret"
