National Achievement

Is/was anybody ever a National Achievement Semi-Finalist/Finalist?

yea..im a semi finalist now..... r u one too??

^^^ When you take the PSAT your scores get sent to this organization and if your scores qualify then you are entered as a National Achievement Semi Finalist, then you submit another essay and form with your grades..extra curriculars..basically ur whole life and based on that they decide whether you can advance to a finalist THENNNN..they determine whther or not your good enough to receive a scholarship from them or one of the other participating companies...but the GREAATTT thing about it even if you dont win a scholarship is that if you select certain schools as your first choice and then make it to the finalsit stage they'll award you a full scholarship plus tuition and fees...HOWARD does that(its callled the Laureate Scholarship)..so even if you only make it to the finalist stage you still get a gr8 deal..wellll... since i wrote a lot...def think i deserve another rep point..hint hint...c_nels...

Congratulations, Girl! I'm a Semi-Finalist,too. I didn't take the ACT, though. SAT was more my style.
