Which colleges have this?
I would preferably be around a club scene too. Can anyone help me with this. 
Norfolk State has tha boom, in a band.

I know, however I want to compete in compititions and be very involved, I know all can't be equal like that.
Maybe I am wrong.

But most if not all of the larger HBCU have marching bands. Did you have any schools in mind?
