So FAMU can't make a decision on my acceptance until they have my 12th grade semester grades???....IS THAT REGULAR PROCEDURE...or does this mean something..good or bad??.... DID THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE? WHY DO THEY NEED THE GRADES?

i think its for assessment. Probably to see which students are slacking and which ones are keeping their grades up. Alot of the HBCU's I heard are asking for first semester senior grades

I don't know what's going on. When I applied they didn't ask me for my semester grades. I've already been accepted. They probably want to see if you're keeping your grades up. As long as you did well first semester don't sweat it.

Sometimes colleges do this when they aren't the if they want to accept a student or not. So they look at senior grades to see if the person is still applying themselves and if there is an upward trend they usually accept the student, but if the trend is downward they may reject you. I'm sure you'll be fine as long as you didn't have senioritis last semester. Good Luck!

Famu is a gud school. I have sum friends who attend fam. Plus it it right next to florida state. Tally is real cool too. hopefully everything work out for you. Oh yea get ready for the classics and get ready to be enemies with Bethune cookman.

your going to Love FAMU trust me!!! FSU, FAMU & TCC are all right by eachother and its always some type of event going on...you will NEVER get bored!!! trust me .lol. take advantage of your resources at FAM and HAVE FUN!!! but keep your head in those book because I've seen so many people come and go at FAM because they play around that fall semester and when that spring semester come they be sittin`at home looking stupid wishing they hadn't fooled around.

OH U DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME AND PARTIES...IM NOT GONNA SAY IM NOT GOIN TO GO TO ANY BUT IM NOT A BIG PARTY PERSON...IM SO FOCUSED....I HAVE GOALS AND STUFF TO DO...THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF TIME TO "STANKY LEG" IF U KNO WHAT I MEAN LOL
