Finding the Right School for a Ph.D

Here I am, a highly intelligent, down to earth, educated black woman with a BSM and a MBA - having trouble getting into management!  Should I really be shocked though?  Our world's eyes are still closed to the true prejudice's out there!  Im not looking for a handout - just a chance!

I really want to move on and continue my education, getting my Doctorate - but is it worth at this point?  Any suggestions on a GOOD (better yet GREAT) school to attend online for a doctorate degree?  Looking for Organizational Leadership or Public Health!

Obtaining a doctorate online? No, I'm not sure. I have a friend going for her doctorate through Univ of Phoenix it's a mix of online and in class/residency sessions though.

Best wishes on obtaining your doctorate! 0

Thanks - I appreciate the info.  I have heard about the Phoenix - looked into them for undergrad but like Indiana Wesleyan Better.  I may have to give them a try.....this is definitely a process!
