another one i just thought of... as of 2000 (haven't looked since then) Tupac was in the guiness book of world records as the most successful rapper ever. Dr.Dre doesn't actually make all his beats, even when he was with Deathrow he had a production team that played out the sounds he would make since he doesn't know how to play instruments (got this from Melle Man who was on Dr.Dre's production team for years)
