We read The Murder of King Tut in History... evidence clearly indicates that he was murdered by his cheif priest, I forget the fellows name. They actually found hieroglyphs which forshadowed his death. One of them has the picture of Tut's body laying in a coffin.. and an instrument is being inserted into his nose by the HIGH PREIST... however, Egyptian tradition reveals that only the SUCCESSOR is supposed to do this job... Does the high priest want to be the Successor..DUH yes!!! Ironically, the night of his death, his guards were called off duty by the high priest.. aint dat some shyt!!!! Tut was plotted against by both his cheif priest and his top general whos name was Heromheb... His wife/ half-sister Ankhesenamen was "mysteriously" murdered as well. She was supposed to marry a Hittite prince, however, Horemheb hated Hittites so bad that he refused to be under the rule of one, therefore, he **** the young prince. Tut's cheif priest, come to find out, apparently made a deal with the Hittite king to give the First Lady to his son, in exchange for royal entreaties. The book both objects and defends the notion that TUT was ****.. But it finally revealed that he was a woeful **** to a mysterious and intriguing murder plot. I am not really into Egyptian history, but this book was so damn good. You all should read it. Dang, i feel smart!!

well you should also check if your local library has any discovery movies about tut, especially ones made in i believe 2001 2002...anyways there was a special i watched on discovery in that time period about that issue..and it was said that tut was murdered because he had a small hole in his head, that was almost perfectly drilled, like a drill was stuckdirectly in his head, the scientists said that to make a hole like that, someone would have to either stick a drill like object in his head quickly, because if he fell on an object like that then it would have caused more blatant, sporadic fracture points than the fine, linear ones that were surrounding it..
