i just came back from seeing the documentary by Michael Moore, called Fahrenheit /911. most of you all, i assume, know pretty much what the movie is about. well, from the previews on TV, that is only a fraction of what is exposed about Bush, his administration, economics here and in the east, and the list goes on. i went with my mom and i am appauled, but at the same time greatful for what i have learned. some scenes of the bombings in **** almost had me in tears. stories of families are heart wrenching. i am not sure what else to say...
well, i think we should have a discussion of the documentary, for those who have seen it. does anyone have any family members in iraq? share your story.
TO EVERYONE WHO HAS NOT SEEN THIS... IT IS A MUST SEE!!! AFTER SEEING THIS MOVIE.. i hope that AFRICAN AMERICANS as a people can become MORE ACTIVE politically with the upcoming PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. also... we need to support one another to further our education. do not enlist in the army/navy/marines/national reserve. it is a shame that these militaries lure young, insipid minds to believe that if they enlist they pretty much will be "SET FOR LIFE"; all their college paid for, and cash just to blow. the reality is not told that they may DIE for an unjust and REDUNDANT CAUSE. shyt, i still wanna see SADDAM with the nuclear weapons...but thats not gonna happen...
okay, I'm done for now... let's talk about it 8)
