A little make-up cant hurt...It is when women go overboard with s*it-that is when it gets outrageous. But if a woman has on a little lip gloss and eye shadow; if her hair is permed doesnt mean she is artificial... I dont want my girl walkin around with a fro or dreds...There is nothing wrong with that, but not what I like.....

Where you the discussion on another post about black women and fake hair? This sounds oddly familiar.

Definitely a happy medium somewhere in there, probably leaning more so towards natural. I mean hair is hair, I've seen some off the hook ladies rockin' fros and dreads, but at the same time there's nothing wrong with straight hair, weaves or stuff like that. Just be somewhat believable with it. However, I can't stand women that walk around with bleached hair or ridiculous colors like red, blue, green, or purple. Make-up is ok in moderation. I mean, can I get a hug without a brown smudge on my shirt? Eye shadow is cool. Lipstick isn't necessary, just get some gloss and you're straight. I think full make-up is cool like if you're going to some big event or whatever, but the majority of the time I just want to look at a lady's natural beauty. Nails... I mean they're cool looking and everything, but it's money down the drain. Plus I love bowling, and women with fake nails are asking for trouble. Fake ****? That's asking for trouble. Plus most black men that I know along with myself aren't all into that big chest women thing.

Ima have to go with being natural from a woman's perspective. Some things are unnecessary even though it is done.

natural... if you got natural beauty, use it... don't put up makeup... and if you have a some imperfections, use makeup, but don't put so much if i put my hand on your face, i end up w/ a glob on my hand, and you have a hand print on your face  and why do girls' **** be so far apart when they get the implants :? i'm not knockin those who have done this, and if you feel like you gotta change, then do it... but i rather have natural beauty over anything.. 8)
