i'm watchin'...well, actually my mom is watchin' (but i'm also payin' attention to) this case on Court TV...
this man (a Black man) shot & **** his wife & mother (also Black) of his children in a POLICE STATION PARKING LOT...& prior to that, he had supposedly beat on her & whatnot...
but yeah, the woman was on her way to the police station to get help b/c she knew the man was behind her or whateva....& he shot & **** her - & her **** body was found w/ a cellphone still gripped in her hand 4 help...
& to make matters so much worse....their children were in the car w/ her...the man had shot her thru the windshield or somethin' like that 
...
this trial is to try to figure out his sentencing....life in prison...or the death penalty...
the defense has tried to present him as one who was mentally unstable, which lead to his crime....the prosecuting side has tried to present the murder as coldblooded...
what do you all think - should he receive the life term or execution?
this story is so sad....

oh..& dude called himself tryin' to make a point by sayin' his children has already suffered by losing their mother - they shouldn't have to suffer again by losing their father too

i ain't sayin' he should receive death...but he just has some NERVE...he doesn't care how that woman, himself, OR those children if he was BEATIN' UP on the woman all that time...she should've left him a long time ago, yeah, but HE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN BEATIN' ON HER IN THE FIRST PLACE...& the children woulda been STR8 if he would've kept from doing everything that was done, up until her murder...
he talkin' about the children losing their mother like HE wasn't the one who SHOT her in FRONT OF THEM, of all things...like she just died of natural causes or somethin'...NERVE :evil:
