What does the stare mean?

Wuzzup Ladies, I am a freshman at a great Hbcu. I wanted to ask if the girls could interpret to me what starring meant. If a girl was to stare at a boy for over a semester, what exactly did it mean? Could that be an effatuation? I have concluded that that meant that the boy might be the prototype to what the girl is looking for in a mate. I this accurate, because alot of fine females seem to not be able to stop glancing at a brother. It sure is a confidence booster. Please give me your advice to what I should do or think?

I don't think you can decipher that much from a stare. It could be any number of things. It could be anything from you looking familiar to her, to you having something up your nose and it could, as you guessed, mean she is interested. But if you think she is interested, then go for it. What have you got to loose. Oh, and I think the word you were trying to type is infatuation not effatuation.
