Howard financial Aid

I got my fin aid, but HU gave me the worst you can get!!!!!!! My parents have to take out a big loan..........that **** cuz i applied for work study too, I don't know why I didn't get that or the University grant.....somebody tell me whyyyyy lol.

yeah i've tried calling and emails but nothing seems to be working. some of those people can be really rude sometimes.

They gave me no financial aid. If it was for the tuiton scholarship, I would be screwed. I haven't even got info confirming my scholly and I handed the paper in March 27th. And they haven't accepted my Parents Loan yet. Howard can be so slow.

yep howard did hoe me on the financial aid. they didnt send me a letter! they kept sendin back my application sayin that i needed to fix certain things, so i fixed it, sent it back, and then they didnt say what they were doin with it. bisonweb didnt help so i had to cut the strings on howard. it disappointed me a little because i really wanted to go there. i got ova it tho when anotha school offered me a scholarship, so ehh... if i dont like it i can always transfer and attend a school in the AUC, at least i'll be closer to home

If you got a scholarship that covered fees will it show up on your award letter? When I got mine back it had everything itemized, such as tuition, book, etc, but no where did it mention fees.
