Wow, now this was a marriage... Man Married for Eighty Years Dies at 105 LONDON - Percy Arrowsmith, who with his wife set the record two weeks ago for the world's longest marriage, died Wednesday, his wife of eighty years by his side. He was 105. Arrowsmith died at his home in Hereford, northwest of London, his bishop said. Arrowsmith and his 100-year-old wife, Florence, celebrated their 80th wedding anniversary and a place in the Guinness Book of World Records on June 1. "Percy and Flo were very happy when I saw them on their anniversary," said the Rev. Anthony Priddis, bishop of Hereford. "They were still very much in love with each other." Earlier this month, Guinness World Records recognized the pair as holding records for the longest marriage for a living couple and the oldest aggregate age of a married couple. The Arrowsmiths, who have three children, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, claimed the key to their long marriage was not to go to sleep on an argument. "We will all be praying for Flo and the family in their grief," Priddis said

That's so beautifal well my grandparents have been married 46 years and her siblings have been married to their mates longer. My cousins parents have been married 23 years so I see a lot of hope. You have to be willing and commited...

Awww....that's so sweet/sad at the same time. 80 years is a long time to be with someone, so clearly they were in love. But, they do say if you are married so long and your mate dies...then you are soon to follow because you do truly die of a broken heart.

Daaaamn...eight years!?!?! Thats beautiful yet scary all at the same time. Can u imagine waking up to the same person everyday for the next eighty years, as if any of us are gonna live to see 105...but thats besides the point....eighty years...almost a whole damn century...thats literally a life sentence...in a good way of course...but still 8 0 years???? lolol...I cant get over that.

Ok, why is it when we type the "eight-zero" as in "eighty" numerically, all we see is that silly **** emoticon? Observe....then quote this post and see that ALL I DID was typed "eighty" numerically, a LOT..... 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80
